Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are estimates and subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order if shipping costs are deemed unreasonable. If the shipping cost is more than $25 we may contact you to get proof of identification.

Local delivery

We offer local delivery options starting at $50 per order for deliveries within 60 miles of a Steve Regan Company physical store. Additional delivery charges may be applied for full truck loads or multiple loads and/or if the driver is requested to provide services above and beyond what is reasonable.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message or phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at all our locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 5pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Oversized Shipping 

Many of our items are oversized and can't be shipped by parcel. These items will have be shipped LTL. We provide an estimate for shipping costs on these items but the actual cost may vary. In this case, we will contact you with the actual shipping costs and may request additional shipping to fulfill your order. If our shipping charged was higher than the actual cost we will refund you the additional shipping charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at webadmin@steveregan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
